About Nautare

Nautare was launched with the philosophy that innovation in the building industry would reside at the intersection of creative and technical rigor.

Keith Loranger founded Nautare after 15 years leading the creation of district-scale projects from early planning through delivery. Working across roles at Gensler, Federal Realty Investment Trust, and WS Development, he gained firsthand experience managing some of the most complex and consequential projects in the industry, from large-scale retail and mixed-use development to institutional and commercial projects spanning multiple markets and jurisdictions.

That breadth of experience reinforced a consistent truth: the decisions that shape a project most are often the earliest ones. How a team is assembled, how a vision is defined, and how the right questions are asked before the work begins determines what is possible long after. Nautare was founded to bring that level of strategic thinking to every engagement, ensuring owners have the leadership they need from the very start.
